Demand-Pull Instruments to Support the Circular Economy: A Global Perspective

The article examines different regulatory approaches to circular economy globally. It identifies different legal perspectives to circular economy and how they have been regulated in different countries. Many countries have implemented multiple instruments to promote circular economy. Most countries could benefit from other countries examples. The article provides knowledge of different ways to catalyze circular economy through regulation.
